# Check your leave balance on the web app and on Slack

## To check your leave balance on the web app:

**Step 1:** Click on the **Profile** button on the top navigation bar.

Here you will get a breakdown of all your leaves left in the current leave cycle.

## To check your leave balance on Slack:

To use the Slack integration, please make sure that you have [integrated with slack](/en/article/how-to-integrate-pause-with-your-slack-workspace-oc9dgr/). If not, your can ask your HR/admin to do so.

**Step 1:** In any Slack channel or chat, type **/pause** and hit **enter**.

**Step 2:** Once Pause responds, click **Your Leave balance.**

**OR**

**Step 1:** In any Slack channel or chat, type **/pause my-balance** and hit **enter**.

You'll get a breakdown of your leave balance immediately!
