# Export leave-related data for your organisation

Only [admins](https://support.getpause.com/en/article/make-a-teammate-an-admin-gh6acw/) can export data of an organisation.

## To export leave-related data from Pause:

**Step 1:** Go to the **Settings** page.

**Step 2:** Click **Reports** on the left section.

**Step 3:** Select the duration you want data for

**Step 4:** Click **Download report**.
