# How to integrate Pause with your Slack workspace

When you integrate Pause with your Slack workplace, you can:

## How to integrate Pause with Slack

The Slack integration can only be enabled by your organisation's [Admin](https://support.getpause.com/en/article/make-a-teammate-an-admin-gh6acw/).

**Step 1:** Click **Settings** on the top navigation bar.

**Step 2:** Select **Integrations** option on the left side panel.

**Step 3:** In the Connect to Slack frame, click **Connect to Slack**. You will be redirected to a Slack permissions page.

**Step 4:** Make sure you have the correct workspace selected on the upper right-hand side and click '**Allow'.**

Pause will now be integrated into your workspace!
