# Update birthdays and work anniversaries for members

[Admins](/en/article/make-a-teammate-an-admin-gh6acw/) can update birthdays and work anniversaries for every member of every team. Individual team members can update their own details, but not anyone else's.

## To update these details on behalf of team members:

**Step 1:** Go to the **Teams** page in the navigation bar.

**Step 2:** Click on the **name** of the team member you want to update the details for.

**Step 3:** Set the **birthday** and **date of joining**.
