# View a teammate's leave record

To enable complete transparency, everyone's leave record is always available on Pause.

## To view a teammate's leave record:

**Step 1:** Search for the teammates using the **Search Bar** on the left side of the calendar page.

**Step 2:** Click on their **name** and you will be taken to their **profile** page.

**Step 3:** Select the **Record** tab.

You will now be able to see your teammate's leave record!
