How to set up a leave policy for your organisation

To set up a leave policy for the organisation, you need to be an admin.

How to build your leave policy on Pause

Step 1: On the Pause app, click on the 'Leave Policy' palm tree icon as shown below.

Step 2: Set up your leave types. We recommend starting with the three types available to you:

Deductible (eg. annual, sick)

Non-deductible (eg. burnout, parental, bereavement)

Public holidays

Step 3: Ensure all details required in the forms are filled out accurately.

As soon as a leave type is created, it will be active and visible to everyone in your organisation.
