How to summon the Slack Pause bot:

Step 1: Type /pause into any chat or channel.

Step 2: Click the Send arrow button or hit Enter (don't worry, this text won't show up to others!).

Step 3: In the menu that pops up, click on the option that best fits what you want to do.
