Set / Change someone's leave balance start date

Go to the editing section of that person's profile using the appropriate path

Edit a teammate's profile
Change your profile details on Pause

There will be a field in the expanded profile details section called "Leave credit starts from", set this to the date from which you want their leave-balance allotment calculation to start from.
